1. General

1.1. These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern use of the online service https://luckygift.online (the “Service”) provided by the Administration.

1.2. By using the Service — including registration, payment, purchase of Lucky Coins (LC) or other digital goods, opening cases, or contacting support — you confirm that you have read and fully accept this Agreement.

1.3. If you disagree with the Agreement, you must stop using the Service.

1.4. The Service is for adults only (18+).

2. Nature of services and digital goods

2.1. The Service provides intangible digital goods and services as an in-site shop: you buy virtual currency and/or specific digital goods (community perks) with real money.

2.2. Digital goods include, without limitation:

• virtual currency Lucky Coins (LC) for use on the site;
• access to opening cases (loot boxes) for LC with virtual items / perks;
• community digital goods and perks: timed VIP, Discord roles, closed chat access, shoutouts, event access, and similar intangible items listed in the Service catalog.

2.3. LC is an internal unit of account. LC cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money. LC is spent to open cases (from 100 LC). Current prices are on Pricing.

2.4. You understand you are buying virtual goods and entertainment features, not a cash prize. The Service is not gambling for money or a bookmaker.

2.5. The Service does not claim uniqueness, exclusivity, or that materials are unavailable outside the Service.

3. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

3.1. The Service is provided “AS IS”.

3.2. The Administration does not guarantee:

• that the Service will meet your expectations;
• any financial, commercial, professional, or other results;
• uninterrupted, error-free operation;
• any specific drop when opening a case.

3.3. The Administration is not liable for:

• any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits;
• consequences of how you use obtained materials;
• acts or omissions of third parties (including payment systems);
• temporary outages and access limits.

3.4. All decisions to use the Service and buy digital goods are yours and at your own risk.

4. Lawful use

4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organize, or assist unlawful activity.

4.2. You must use the Service within applicable law and third-party rules.

4.3. You are fully responsible for lawful use of Service materials and services.

5. Account and multi-account ban

5.1. You may have one account for personal use. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounts / duplicates), including to bypass case, promo, or prize limits, is prohibited.

5.2. Signs of possible abuse include matching or similar IP addresses, emails, names (nicknames), delivery contacts, and other technical or behavioral signals the Administration may consider.

5.3. On reasonable suspicion of multi-accounting, farming, or other abuse, the Administration may without compensation:

• void wins and free opens;
• reject prize and perk claims;
• cancel credited LC and virtual goods;
• limit or ban access to the Service.

5.4. The Administration’s decision in such cases is final within the Service. Disputes go through support.

6. Intellectual property

6.1. All materials on the Service are protected by intellectual property law.

6.2. You may not copy, distribute, resell, transfer, or otherwise use Service materials without the rights holder’s permission.

6.3. IP violations may lead to restricted access without compensation.

7. Access limits

7.1. The Administration may suspend or limit your access if:

• you breach this Agreement;
• abuse is found (including farming, fraud, multi-accounts);
• required by law or payment providers.

7.2. Access limits do not release you from prior obligations.

7.3. The Administration may refuse service to users whose actions may create elevated risk for the Service, payment providers, or third parties.

8. Payments and refunds

8.1. Digital goods are paid on the terms shown in the Service before payment (see Pricing). You buy LC and/or other digital goods at published prices. By default 1 ₽ = 1 LC; case open prices are on the shop and pricing page.

8.2. Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, refunds after access is granted (LC credited / goods delivered) are not provided, except as below.

8.3. A refund is possible only if:

• the service was not delivered due to a Service technical fault;
• access to the digital good (LC or other purchased item) was not actually granted.

8.4. To request a refund, contact support within 24 hours of payment.

8.5. Refund decisions are made individually by the Administration.

8.6. You agree not to initiate a chargeback through payment systems without first contacting Service support.

9. Privacy

9.1. The Administration may collect minimal technical and account data needed to run the Service. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

9.2. Reasonable measures are taken to protect data, but absolute security of transmitted information is not guaranteed.

10. Changes

10.1. The Administration may update this Agreement.

10.2. The current Agreement is published at https://luckygift.online/terms.

10.3. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
